Christina Grimmie

She was an American singer, songwriter and pianist who used to do covers in Youtube, where she was discovered and then she participated in the sixth season of The Voice U.S.A.

She started in 2009 with her youtube channel where she was discovered. In 2011 she made an EP called Find Me of cover songs, the next EP she made in 2012 called With Love she sang original songs. In 2014 she participated in The Voice.  

Before that, her channel was very famous and she started working in the choir in Selena Gomez and The Scene tours.

In the Internet, she was very famous, her channel is the third with more suscriptors and her videos have millions of views. But her real TV fame came with her participation in The Voice. She ended up being the third but she was considered one of the artist with more future in the U.S.A. Before, she had participated in little reality shows and in competitions that she used to win. After The Voice she signed up with Adam Levine’s label.

She was focused on performing popular music. She used to sing popular songs performing them with the help of her piano. Then in a single shoot she sang and played it and upload it to her channel

Unfortunetly she was murdered the 10^th of June of this year after a concert when she was signing autographs to her fans.

Lots of celebrities including Adam Levine, her couch in The Voice and Selena Gomez have sung songs on her memory and have react to her death. Thanks to her fans she won her first Teen Choice Award in the category of Choice Music Web Star posthumously.
